‍What is an API:

An API, according to the official definition, is a set of definitions and protocols for developing and integrating application software (a contract between an information provider and an information user) - establishing the content required from the consumer (the call) and the content required by the supplier (the response). In simpler terms, an API helps you interact with a computer system so you can get the information or perform the function that you want. APIs are also a middleman that connects end users (or clients) with the resources or web services they desire. It's also a means for organizations to share resources and information while maintaining security, control, and authentication by deciding who gets access to what.

BNF API - BOTS

Third generation bot creation API developed and maintained by BOTS. Using this API, you can develop trading strategies on the BOTS platform. In contrast to the previous generations, the BNF API supports short selling, as well as provides open information on assets that are currently in the bot.
